Such a growth has led to an immediate and urgent requirement for the business to recruit the best, most talented and most dynamic individuals.

We are currently looking for Roll Out Supervisors in Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo and Niger.

Reporting to the Roll Out Implementation Manager, you are responsible for:

· Site investigations, installation, testing, trouble shooting and supervision work in the best possible way according to Ericsson standards and documentation,

· Site Investigation / Site Engineering;

o Perform site investigations in field;

o Compile Site Investigation Report (SIR);

o Create Site Installation Documentation (SID) ;

o Update SID into As-Built SID after finalized installation;

· Site Acceptance;

· Providing technical support and consultation to the implementation staff, project manager and the customer;

· Supervising subcontractors’ Installation and Engineering staff to ensure:

o work in accordance with Ericsson procedures and methods;

o appropriate Implementation Processes are followed;

o correct methods, instructions, checklists and reports are used by subcontractors;

· Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering service according to Ericsson values.

Graduate in Radio Communication or Electrical Technique or Telecommunication, you have at least 3 years experience in RBS, Transmission and Power Supply equipment (installation and testing). Self-motivated, you are able to work in team with people from different cultures.

Customer-oriented, you are responsible, professional and flexible. You are fluent in French and English
